Most visitors arrive by river cruise, and once you’re on shore you can easily catch a local taxi or bus to explore the village and nearby attractions. Since the village is small, you might also consider a short ride over to Chisinau for more lodging or additional transportation options.

While Giurgiulesti is a small village, there are a few local guesthouses and small hotels along the river. For more comfortable accommodations, I recommend considering options in Chisinau, which is only a short drive away and offers a wider range of choices.

The closest major airport is Chișinău International Airport (KIV), located about 70 kilometers from Giurgiulesti. Once you arrive in Chișinău, you can find a variety of transport options, from buses to taxis, to complete your journey.
