You will be docked about 900 meters from the center of town. I found it very convenient to start your adventure on foot—Måløy’s compact town center is easy to explore. Local taxis are available if you prefer a ride, and the laid-back pace of the town makes walking quite enjoyable.

Måløy is a charming coastal town in Sogn og Fjordane county, perched on the island of Vågsøy at the start of the Nordfjord. I love the blend of rugged and gentle scenery here. Some highlights include:
